How much does player auction software cost?

Player auction software is usually priced per event, not as a monthly subscription. You pay for the auction you're running. LeagueStage has a self-serve software plan from about ₹7,500 per auction if you run the night yourself, or a fully produced option from ₹40,000 (up to ₹40,000 to ₹90,000 by scale) where a LeagueStage operator runs it with you.

Per-event pricing vs subscriptions

Most leagues run one or two auctions a year, so paying a monthly SaaS subscription for software you use one night makes little sense. Per-event pricing matches the cost to the thing you actually need: the auction. No idle subscription between seasons.

What drives the price

  • League scale: the number of teams and the size of the player pool.
  • How hands-on you want support to be on the day.
  • Any extra branding, streaming, or multi-season setup.

What's included

Every LeagueStage plan includes the full platform: the broadcast big screen, the auctioneer console, the companion bidding device, the streaming overlay, and the control room for teams, players and rules. On the produced plans, a LeagueStage operator also runs the night with you so nothing derails the room.

Is it worth it versus a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet is free until it breaks in front of every team: a wrong formula, a frozen sheet, or a number no one can correct. For a league whose auction is the night of the season, the cost of software is small next to the cost of that night going wrong. The right question isn't "can we do this in Excel". It's "what happens when Excel fails live."

How to get a quote

Tell LeagueStage your team count and auction dates and you'll get a quote tailored to your league, usually with a walkthrough on your own player list. Pricing is transparent and per event. No subscription, no surprises.
